This year marks my 25th season of deer hunting. I started , with a bow, at the ripe old age of 13. I would have hunted with a shotgun but my parents didn't have the money to get me one until I was 15. Anyways, back then, it was one deer with gun and it had to be a buck...if you even saw a buck, you were somewhat of a hero, let alone if you shot one. Bow season was one deer of either sex and muzzle loader was one buck and that season was only a week long and you couldn't go if you got one ...
